Power to the Pueblo
Happy Cinco de Mayo!
Muddle 4 ripe raspberries, add 1/2 oz lime juice, 2 oz tequila (I used the organic blanco tequila from 123 Organic Tequila), 3/4 oz agave or simple syrup (I used the sugar free simple syrup from Swoon), 3/4 oz grapefruit juice and shake with ice. Serve over ice or in a chilled glass and garnish with an edible flower or grapefruit 🌺🍹Optional: top with a splash of sparkling water (I love Topo Chico)
