Chai Rumtini

It’s the holidays, which means party drinks! One of my favourite ways to make cocktails for a crowd is to infuse a spirit with spices, herbs & fruits, and let the flavors work their magic. This is so much easier than making individual craft cocktails for a large group of people, so you can enjoy the party too! 🎊

One of my favourite infusions this holiday season is the Chai Poached Pear set from In High Spirits Infusions! I added 12 oz white rum & infused for three days, then added 3 oz dry vermouth, a few dashes of orange bitters (optional), and chilled overnight. This is an easy and delicious way to make 6 perfect holiday rumtinis! 🍸🍸🍸
